Please have the following information available when you call or include in your initial email—account name, contact information, system type, equipment serial number, description of issue along with any files (config or log files), and any related photos to help with diagnosis/repair.
What happens with my machine support contract?
GoEngineer will honor all annual support/maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with FATHOM. If you need to discuss your current contract or would like to renew, GoEngineer will be your point of contact effective as of August 16, 2018.
When you and your team need filament, resin, print heads, modeling bases, or any other 3D printing equipment supplies, you can place orders directly with GoEngineer.
Yes, FATHOM will continue to honor all active machine rewards program benefits such as accelerated lead-times, service discounts, customized training, etc. Please note that FATHOM will soon launch a new rewards program that builds on the previous one—details to be announced. If you have questions or want to discuss a customized program, talk with a FATHOM expert directly.
Who do I contact for machine trade-ins? New machine purchases?
If you’d like to discuss a machine trade-in or are interested in purchasing equipment (Stratasys, Nano Dimension, and Desktop Metal), FATHOM can connect you with the right GoEngineer expert. To get started, fill out a brief form and you’ll be contacted by GoEngineer to determine the right technology for your application needs.
